1 lb. ground beef
1 package Hamburger Helper mix for Cheeseburger Macaroni
3 cups hot water
1 package (10 oz) frozen green peas, thawed and drained
2 cups sliced celery
¼ cup sweet pickle relish
½ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Cook and stir ground beef in 10-inc skillet until brown, drain. Stir in Macaroni. Sauce Mix and water. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Mix peas, celery and relish in small bowl. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and cayenne mixture and vegetables into mayonnaise mixture. Serve immediately or, if desired, cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 3 hours. Makes 4 to 5 servings.

Ingredients:
5 big tomatoes
1 can tuna fish
½ cup celery, cut into small pieces
¼ cup miracle salad dressing
3 hard-boiled eggs, cut into cubes
¼ cup chopped red pepper
¾ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup pickles, relish
Surprise Tomato Salad
1. Cut or slice tomatoes and remove seed.
2. Mix together tuna, eggs, celery and mayonnaise.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Put salad dressing over the mixture.
5. Serve on lettuce leaves garnished with pipino (cucumber) slice.
6. Serve with boiled prawns.

American Cheeseburger
1 pkg. The Turkey Store Lean Ground
1/3 cup catsup
3 tablespoons seasoned dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoon grated or finely chopped onion
1 large egg
½ teaspoon garlic salt
¼ teaspoon finely ground black pepper
4 slices (1/4 inch) red or yellow onion
Cooking oil
2 slices cheddar cheese
4 kaiser rolls or bakery-style hamburger buns, split
4 slices tomato
4 leaves romaine or red leaf lettuce
Optional condiments: mayonnaise, catsup, mustard slice pickles
In a large bowl, combine turkey, catsup, bread crumbs, egg, garlic salt and pepper. Mix well and shape into 4 patties about ½-inch thick. Cover and refrigerate while preparing charcoal grill. Coat patties and onion slices with cooking spray. Grill patties and onions over medium coals 6 to 7 minutes per side or until no longer pink in center. Top patties with cheese during last minute of grilling. Place rolls, cut side down on grill during last 1 to 2 minutes of cooking to toast lightly. Serve patties in rolls topped with grilled onions, tomato and lettuce. Serve with desire condiments. Makes 4 servings.

Picnic Potato Salad
3 cups diced cooked potatoes
1 cup sliced celery
½ cup shredded carrot
½ cup chopped green pepper
¼ cup chopped onion
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup Del Monte Sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. salt & a dash of pepper
Combine potatoes, celery, carrot, green pepper and onion. Blend mayonnaise, sour cream relish, salt and pepper. Fold into potato mixture. Chill several hours. Makes six servings.

2 tablespoon lemon or calamansi juice
1 small onion, grated
2 tablespoon red or green pepper, chopped
2 table celery, chopped
¼ cup French dressing
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup mayonnaise
Procedure:
- Place all ingredients in a bowl, toss lightly together.
- Chill; serve on lettuce leaves

Ingredients:
1 kilo potatoes, boiled and diced
1 big carrot, boiled and diced
2 medium beets, boiled and diced
½ cup celery, deiced
1 cup green beans, cooked and sliced
¼ cup chopped pickles or relish
1 small onion, chopped
4 eggs, hard-cooked and diced
2-3 tablespoon oide vinegar
¼ teaspoon pepper
11 tablespoon sugar or more
2 tablespoon salt
2 cup mayonnaise
1 small Chicken, boiled and diced
Procedure:
- Place all the ingredients except eggs, vinegar, pepper, sugar and salt) in a large bowl.
- Mix together the vinegar, pepper, sugar, sald and add to the vegetable mixture.
- Mix together carefully and let stand for at least 30 minutes.
- Add the mayonnaise. Blend well.
- Correct the seasoning.
- Add the eggs, mix gently.
- Chill at least for 2 hours; if possible, overnight.
- Serve on lettuce head garnished with tomato to flowerlets, red and green pepper, and sliced pickles.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt or sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon grated lime zest
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons curry powder
½ teaspoon honey or sugar
½ cup thinly sliced celery
½ cup raisins
½ cup halved seedless grapes
1 unpeeled apple, cored and cut into 1/3-inch dice (1 cup)
½ cup toasted pecans or walnuts
1 ounces Earthbound Farm* Organic Spring Mix Organic or Baby Spinach (about 6 cups)
Procedure:
- Place yogurt, mayonnaise, grated lime zest, lime juice, curry powder and honey in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
- Place celery, raisins, grapes, apple and nuts in a large bowl. Add about half of the yogurt dressing and stir to combine.
- Just before serving, add the spring mix or spinach and toss to combine. Add more dressing if needed. Makes 4 servings. – Myra Goodman

1 can (850 g.) Del Monte Fruit Cocktail, drained (reserve syrup)
3 medium (400 g) carrot
1 stalk celery, sliced diagonally
¼ cup grated cheese
½ cups mayonnaise
2 tbsp. condensed milk
► Cook carrots in Fiesta Fruit Cocktail syrup for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain. Peel, then cut into cubes. Mix with DEL MONTE Fiesta Cocktail, celery and cheese. Chill.
► Combine mayonnaise and milk. Stir until well blended. Mix with fruit-carrot mixture. Chill until ready to serve.

Ingredient:
2 pcs apples, medium, diced
1 tsp calamansi juice
200 gms boiled chicken meat, diced
1 cup pineapple chunks
4 tbsp mayonnaise
¼ tsp curry powder
¼ cup cashew nuts
1 tbsp raisins
Procedure:
- Peel and dice apples.
- Sprinkle with calamansi juice.
- Chill
- Spoon individual portions onto salad geens and serve cold.
- Garnish with rainsins

Ingredients:
4-5 pcs carrots, medium
½ cup raisins
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ cup low fat yogurt
2 pcs calamansi (juice)
Procedure:
- Scrub carrots, scrape the peeling and shred.
- Combine with raisins
- Mix together mayonnaise, yogurt and calamansi juice.
- Pour over salad and mix thoroughly.
Per Serving:
8 gm fats; 7 mg cholesterol; 107 mg sodium; 134 cal calories; 17 gm carbohydrates; 2 gm protein
