Ingredients:
1 head cabbage, medium, shredded
1 tbsp flour
½ tbsp curry powder
dash black pepper, freshly ground
1 tbsp corn oil
½ cup low fat milk
3 tbsp powdered skim milk
½ cup boiling water
Procedure:
- Drain excess water.
- Stir constantly.
- Then add low fat milk and continue to stir until smooth.
- Pour sauce over cabbage and mix
