Chicken Fruit Salad

2  pcs apples, medium, diced

1  tsp calamansi juice

200  gms boiled chicken meat, diced

1  cup  pineapple chunks

4  tbsp mayonnaise

¼  tsp  curry powder

¼  cup cashew nuts

1  tbsp raisins

Procedure:

  1. Peel and dice apples.
  2. Sprinkle with calamansi juice.
  3. Chill
  4. Spoon individual portions onto salad geens and serve cold.
  5. Garnish with rainsins

Per Serving:

11 gm fats; 28 mg cholesterol; 74 mg sodium; 183 cal calories; 10 gm carbohydrates; 8 gm protein
