Ingredients:
1 whole broccoli
½ tbsp corn oil
½ tbsp peanut oil
2 pcs carrots, medium
1-1/2 cup mushroom buttons, fresh
3 stalk green onion
3-5 pcs calamansi
1 tbsp sherry
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tbsp ground pepper
Procedure:
- Separate florets by cutting into quarters so they are of uniform sizes.
- Heat corn oil and peanut oil over medium heat.
- Cook and stir until vegetables are tender crisp about 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
