Carrot/Broccoli Mushroom Stir Fry

1  whole broccoli

½  tbsp corn oil

½  tbsp peanut oil

2  pcs  carrots, medium

1-1/2  cup mushroom buttons, fresh

3  stalk green onion

3-5  pcs calamansi

1  tbsp sherry

½  tsp nutmeg

½  tbsp ground pepper

Procedure:

  1. Separate florets by cutting into quarters so they are of uniform sizes.
  2. Heat corn oil and peanut oil over medium heat.
  3. Cook and stir until vegetables are tender crisp about 5 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately.

3 gm fats; 0 mg cholesterol; 23 mg sodium; 94 cal calories; 6 gm carbohydrates; 10 gm protein
